Melbourne City Parks include a state-of-the-art lighted ballpark, a modern walking trail and memorial park, city park plus covered pavilion with picnic facilities.  

Melbourne also has a history museum adjacent to the City Hall facility on College Drive.  Hours For Melbourne History Museum are 10 a.m.-3 p.m. on Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday (unless calendar holidays).
